Adele Wong is the founder of Nutrition Track. She is a qualified dietitian, as well as a certified fitness trainer and coach. Her personal health and fitness journey began when she picked up running. She competed in many road races across Malaysia, with a few champion titles under her belt including a silver medal in the 2014 Standard Chartered KL Marathon. She then became a certified fitness trainer and was the head coach of the Puma Night Running Club. Being in the fitness industry, she noticed that something was missing – nutrition.
Through Nutrition Track, she desires to educate and empower individuals to make good nutrition choices. During her dietetic internship in Sydney, she has worked across both clinical and private practice settings, helping individuals achieve optimal health through food. Strength, energy levels, endurance, mood and our ability to perform each day all rely on getting enough essential nutrients. Adele believes that each meal is a chance to fuel the body with all the nutrients it needs.
Appreciating the fact that everyone is on their unique health journey, she uses an integrated approach, taking into account lifestyle, fitness and overall wellbeing. Adele truly understands the importance of an individualised approach and desires to help individuals create and take charge of their own nutrition path. Adele remains active in the fitness scene and is currently the ambassador for Royal Sporting House and Garmin Malaysia.
