Here’s an example of how we run our VIRTUAL Workout classes
This is our standard one hour daily routines:
– Warming up
– Workout 1
– Workout 2
– Cooling down
Our program will be explained and demonstrated by our coaches followed by form corrections during the workout and our program is never repeated and always different daily.
Classes every Monday to Saturday at 7am, 5.30pm and 8.30pm.
You don’t need to have an equipment to join this program, however, if you have an equipment, it will be better! Our program is suitable for all walks of life from beginners to advanced exercisers.
