1.0 MECHANICS
90-Day Challenge for CHALLENGERS:
- Each Challenger’s compulsory scheduled measurements is required be entered into the system provided which includes the submission of photo of the Challenger (Before) and the photo proof the Challenger going on scale.
- Coaches are encouraged to take part in 12-Week Challenge as to lead by example, producing the Best Product Result as they could. The requirement for data and photo submission is the same as the Challengers.
- The coach will need to key in and submit details of the challenger and/or the coach (if participating in 12-Week Challenge) into the web base system as per schedule as the following:
Submission 1: (Challenger & Coach) – Completed in Oct 15 – 25, 2019
Submission 2: (Challenger & Coach) – Completed in Dec 25 –30, 2019 - Present 80:20 Healthy Active Lifestyle and Hash tag Activities in FB/IG: #ABTC2019 for Both Coach and the Challenger.
- At the end of the 12-Week period, the Coach will then need to key in again the details of the Challenger’s end result into the system, with again submission of photo of the Challenger and proof of going on scale. Once the Top 3 results have been calculated / determined, the Challenger’s will be contacted to provide all the supporting details of the Challenger.
Finale Dinner:
- The top 5 Challengers will be invited to the Finale Dinner for the finale.
- It is compulsory for the Challenger to keep in good shape at BEST till the Final Top 5 is announced.
- We will announce Top 3 of each category & determine the Winners during Finale Dinner
2.0 CALCULATION METHOD
- 70% for the total weight loss challenge.
- 15% for the video making for the 90-Day Challenge journey. Otherwise social engagement via Facebook, instagram is encouraged. Each video as per requested will be given for a score of 5 points if it is complete the entire task. A max. 3 minute video is compulsory to showcase on the topics required.
- 15% – Merits points are based on the discretion on the panel of judges from the admin. Points will be given on various points such as, but not limited to creativities, likes on social media, class purchases, referrals of new members etc.
3.0 REQUIRED CONDITION TO APPLY
- All Absolute members and coaches.
- There will be a two categories Men’s Open and Female’s Open
- Require to have active class passes at least 10 classes for each months (Oct, Nov and Dec)
- Attend At Least 8 Class per months
- Weigh-in every weeks. (Absent with reasonable excuse 2x)

- Challenger’s Before photo
– Taking by Absolute Coaches
– Front and Side photo
– Empty background
– No DARK shirts/pants/jubah/palazzo/kaftan - Before video (10-15s)
