Seminar Strength Training for Runners

Strength training to runners/endurance athletes as a means to advocate its importance in improving not only strength but also performance. Dr Arvin Raj , a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association with 14 years training experience and 7 years experience as a Medical Doctor (MBBS Manipal) currently pursuing Masters in Sports Medicine will be spear heading this seminar.

The seminar aims to cover important aspects of strength training for runners/endurance athletes. We will cover important exercises like Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges ,power movements and Upper Body Exercises using bodyweight, kettlebells and resistance bands.

Along which we will have a Q&A session to address doubts with regards to strength training and its application to endurance athletes.
