Online classes: Online Classes are 50 minutes and can be done in the comfort of your own home. One hour prior to the class, you will receive a class structure and a link to Zoom. Cameras and microphones can be on or off-its your choice!

Onsite Classes: Onsite classes take place in the class area of the gym and are 60 minutes long. Classes are a mix of weights and cardio and are for all levels of fitness.
