Workout Routine
Nur Syadiyah exercise 4 to 5 times a week and rests on weekend.
Monday: cardio / HIIT workout
Tuesday: cardio running interval /speed training
Wednesday: cardio
Thursday: cardio running
Friday: cardio
Saturday: rest day
Sunday: rest day
Diet Regime
Nur Syadiyah eats 3 proper meals a day and snacks on healthy treats.
Breakfast: egg wrap
Mid-Morning Snack: –
Lunch: rice and vegetables with chicken or fish / grilled chicken pasta
Afternoon Snack: fruits ( apple / orange / banana)
Dinner: egg sandwich / wrap
