How to setup Weight Tracker

Click Menu at top bar
Click Weight Tracker then Weight In
Make sure you login first, if you are first timer, please register your account for free
If you want to fully full utilise this weight tracker, make sure you fill in all the information

1. Set Target (Your Target Weight you want)
2. Add Current Weight, Picture front and side, and Body Fat% (Optional)
3. Click at Preferences and fill in your activity level to calculate your macros
4. Click Advanced if you want to see your macros and calorie requirement
5. Overview – you can see your weight graph after second weight in
6. Don’t forget to key in your weight every week to keep on track
7. You will automatically join Absolute Weight Loss Challenge League and earn badged when you lose weight.
